The average turnaround time is 4-5 weeks, however this can rise to 5-6 weeks in busy periods. We will always keep you fully up to date in the unlikely event that your order is delayed. Please note this is still the case for club shop orders, even if just 1 item is purchased.

You can pay straight away on our website, although if you are looking for a customised design we recommend getting in touch with us first. We will send you an invoice for payment once everything has been confirmed if ordering a custom design. From here you can make payment by card/debit card, PayPal or a bank transfer. This method uses heat to transfer dye onto materials fabric. The benefit of this is that printing and embroidery is not required and you can maximise sponsorship opportunities.

We are able to offer both sublimated and embroidered personalisation. Sublimated is included in the price, with embroidery adding a small fee to your order.

No. All items on our site can be ordered in bulk, or as a single ‘top up’ item. We do offer discount on most items when ordering 10+ items, as well as discounts for those who become partner clubs.

We do not have an online system which will tell you how much longer the order will take so please contact us at sales@sportybits.co.uk and we will happily provide an update.

There is an opportunity online to add files to your enquiry/order for badges, sponsors logo and numbers. We will always get in touch if there are any questions to ensure orders are 100% accurate.

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our returns page. No goods that have been personalised can be returned/exchanged unless faulty. No goods will be accepted for return after 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
